Artists must be responsible for their own exhibits and provide their own method of display and tables. Tables are available to rent for $20 each table. Display setup will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday and NO ONE will be allowed to setup without approval from a Jaycee organizer. Every space will be mapped out since we are sharing the park with the Soroptimists' carnival.

In case of rain or wind, it would be wise to be prepared with some sort of protection for your art work. The show will be held in the Weatherbeater Building, south of the City Park if weather prevents us from having an outdoor show.

There will be a concession stand at the park (or Weatherbeater) selling lunch, soft drinks, coffee, doughnuts, etc.

We would love to have you stay for the weekend, but motel accommodations and campgrounds fill up well in advance at this time of year. We strongly recommend that you make motel reservations now if you plan to stay. Entry fees are $20 per registration and you must register no later than June 20, 2010; $25 thereafter. It is $30 if you require a double space. (One space is about 10'x8') Sorry, no refunds. We reserve the right to reject any vendor we consider unsuitable. No commission is charged.
